The questions that I chose from the book that we read in English class is:

Why did the government blow up Jamal’s house?

Why did they went using a truck to go to a refugee camp?
The answers to these questions are:
The government blowed up Jamal’s house because they saw that Jamal is playing soccer which is a forbidden for girls and Jamal’s little sister, Bibi, played soccer and the government saw it. So that’s why.
Well, the answer to the second question is simple. The reason why they went using a truck to a refugee camp is because many people is brought there and there were not enough people to fit in a car so they used trucks.

Yesterday, we as a class, planned to interview an Afghani who has a LOT of information about his country. It’s our great chance because we are learning about Afghanistan now. So he was an Afghani who doesn’t know what his childhood is like because he never even had one. His family was killed by the Talibans. So he had a hard life but he succeed. He went to Pennsylvania to study in college. He is now a blogger and a photographer. And our teacher Mr. Jabiz kept in touch with Nasim.

Finally, we met Nasim, he was a talented man. He was mostly talented in blogging and taking pictures. We asked him to tell us about his experiences in Afghanistan. We also asked some questions related to his experience in Afghanistan. Find Nasim’s blog here.

Here are some pictures of our interview with Nasim:

This video is about the Great Natchez Tornado in Natchez, Mississippi. I made this video so that you can see that there is many natural disasters that are happening today. I hope you will enjoy:

In the video I watched in English class, it was clearly about Afghanistan. It shows what afghanistan is like and the houses there were made of orange rocks and dust everywhere. I saw the citizens there who was caring and happy. I never was them as happy as they were in this video. They provided celebrations, the women in the kitchen was cooking food, and they shared food together at the houses in Afghanistan. Their jobs were gardening or even farming. They showed hard work. They are also talented in arts and sports. They have beautiful landscapes.

I like Indonesia because it has interesting cultures such as dances like “Tari Kecak,” which means Kecak Dnace and other Indonesian cultures. I am very proud of my country because Indonesia accepts any religion such as Christian, Catholic, Buddhist, etc. I love my country because of the governor’s politeness to all the people in Indonesia. And mostly the government in Indonesia is very generous to all the poor people in Indonesia by giving them the things that they need such as free education for the kids and food. My family loves Indonesia too because they agree with me that to help Indonesia by giving the poor their needs is a true generosity to the country.

In this video, you will watch a presentation of me and my partner about the country Afghanistan. In the process of making it, we used a green screen to present, and we worked very hard that we perfectly finished the presentation. We worked together as partners, researching a lot of information about Afghanistan. The 2 things that will stick with me is the meaning of the colors of Afghanistan’s flag, and the traditional music of Afghanistan. The question that I will ask to an Afghani is what kind of technology do they have there.
